About Sitatunga Care Services

Sitatungas are amphibious antelopes native to the secluded swamps and marshes of sub-Saharan Africa. As a result, their physical anatomy has to support them through the ambiguous terrain they traverse.

Here at Sitatunga Care Services our sole purpose is to ensure a journey as smooth sailing as a sitatunga’s for our service users as they navigate the uncertain terrain of life.

Our high quality, person-oriented care guarantees the necessary support for individuals under our care; whether it be from their homes or in a care home; no matter the location we will provide the necessary conditions to ensure the comfortability, safety and most importantly the wellbeing of our service users.

To demonstrate our commitment to person-oriented care we have implemented structures in place to not only scrutinise the staff we hire but to also train them so they can deliver the outstanding care we promise and achieve great outcomes for all of our service users.

In order to accomplish this, we will:

Put the needs of Individuals, we care for at the centre of everything we do.

We know that one size doesn’t fit all and that’s why we will make the care we provide tailored to you. With our flexible and innovative approach, we can form a care plan that is fully transparent to our service users and is only executed once you have had the final say.

Maintain consistency in our care & support, while ensuring satisfaction for service users and carers

We want nothing more than to commit to high standards of assistance throughout your entire partnership with us. For this reason, we will eagerly seek and receive any feedback, as well as host frequent check-ins on both you and our staff so we can swiftly make any appropriate adjustments that may be required. We place a heavy importance on both the physical and mental wellbeing on our carers as well as our service users as not only are they at the forefront of our services but they are also important members of our society who we believe should be cherished as such.

Stay true to our values

Our values are very important to us and serve as a guide on how we perform, so we find staff who share the same values as we do! We believe doing this will ensure our vision is achieved.
